Meet the Team at Stephen Terrace Veterinary Clinic

Angus BrownAngus Brown

Angus grew up in southern NSW on a beef cattle property and after graduation in 1984 anticipated a career working in rural practice. He worked initially in the South East of South Australia from 1984-1986 and then in the Adelaide Hills with some locum work in the city at a couple of companion animal practices including the Animal Emergency Centre during 1987.

He then spent 18 months working and travelling overseas. Most of Angus' working experiences in the United Kingdom were remarkably similar to “All Creatures Great and Small” – a true mixture of rural and city practice!! Angus returned to Adelaide during 1989 and worked in a busy city practice until he opened the Stephen Terrace Veterinary Clinic in August 1992. The practice has grown steadily in that time and has been a very rewarding experience for Angus and his team. Outside work Angus is busy with his two sons Oliver and Hugo and when time allows follows his passion of snow skiing and water sports. Oliver has returned to Adelaide to attend University, while Hugo continues his schooling in Sydney so Angus still commutes there very regularly. Angus tries to keep fit at the gym and light running, though he has not done a City to Bay for a year or so now!

The Team

Client Testimonial

I have a long client relationship with Dr Angus Brown and the team at Stephen Terrace Vet Clinic. I first met Angus in '95 when I moved into the area. I am extremely impressed by Angus' skills as a vet and his compassion.

I feel absolute trust with Angus and his team. I feel it is such a family atmosphere and that the team genuinely care about my cat family and me. I think so highly of them I have introduced my sister as a client and she feels the same about the team and care that I do.

I would recommend the vets, team and practice to any animal lover who wants the best ongoing and preventative care for their animal family member/s. They will always be honest with you and help you and your animals at all stages of their life.

Ruth, Adelaide
